Account Executive

In the Account Executive phase, you learn how to effectively conduct our in-store marketing campaigns for each of our clients. The Account Executive is generally the preliminary point of contact for all prospective and existing customers, so they need to have excellent communication and customer service skills. This stage is vital for providing the basis of knowledge for each team member to form their own marketing campaign.
Assistant Manager

The focus shifts toward the backend workings of the company. The assistant manager learns how to direct payroll and properly manage our budget. The main focus of the assistant manager is expansion. We partner with a multitude of global clients, so we are expected to continually grow their footprint. It is the assistant manager's responsibility to learn how to collaborate with the clients and gain the knowledge and tools necessary for managing their own office.

Account Manager
In the Account Manager phase, you will be accountable for multiple in-store marketing campaigns in the city. The Account Manager will train other Account Executives and Account Managers on our award winning system, and assist the company in conducting 2nd round interviews. They become a focal point for helping explain to potential employees what our company does for our Fortune 1000 client partners.

Market Manager
The Market Manager's role initiates with brand management. The Market Manager is responsible for developing all in-store marketing campaigns in the region and ensuring that all campaigns represent our clients' standards, the retail stores' standards, and the company's standards. Every Market Manager started in the Account Executive role and worked their way up allowing us to continually deliver results year after year.
